Role Overview The Sales Operations Executive optimizes and enhances sales processes for the consulting sales team. The focus is on driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making through analytics, and facilitating seamless internal operations, with the flexibility to support client-facing needs as required. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize CRM system data, ensuring accuracy and supporting sales process workflows. Develop and deliver analytics dashboards and management reports that track pipeline, performance metrics, forecasts, and business outcomes. Analyze sales, customer, and pipeline data, providing actionable insights to drive healthy sales performance and uncover growth opportunities. Coordinate internal sales activities including lead assignment, meeting scheduling, and documentation. Prepare client-facing materials (proposals, presentations, summaries) and participate in client calls/meetings as needed for operational support. Support continuous improvement initiatives for sales processes, systems, and playbooks. Collaborate with account managers, consultants, and sales leaders to improve customer handling and engagement. Assist with sales forecasting & quota management Uphold a high standard of data hygiene, reporting discipline, and documentation for all activities. Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis, reporting, and presentations. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar) for sales operations, workflow, and data management. Working knowledge of B2B sales processes and account management (preferably in consulting or professional services). Strong customer handling and stakeholder communication skills. Prospecting skills, including research, list building, and initial outreach coordination. Analytical mindset and experience interpreting sales data; familiarity with key sales performance metrics. Ability to balance multiple priorities, document processes, and collaborate across teams. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role. Bachelor's Degree required. Additional/Preferred Skills Exposure to sales analytics or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience improving process documentation, SOPs, or templates.
