Mission We’re looking for a Sales Operations professional to implement, run, and scale the infrastructure that powers our GTM teams. Reporting to the CRO, this role is all about operational excellence - driving predictability, efficiency, and growth. What you will do on a daily basis Set up and maintain a repeatable GTM operating system. Enable sales teams to sell faster and smarter through tools and processes. Improve pipeline velocity, sales data quality, and best practices adherence. Deliver predictable revenue insights and accurate forecasting. Very likely you can be successful if you Have some experience or at least knowledge of the sales methodologies and frameworks that are foundational for our sales: Gap Selling (Keenan), MEDDPICC, BANT, and Challenger Sale. Have 2-3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps / GTM Ops (B2B SaaS preferred). Have CRM and revenue tools expertise. Have a proven track record improving forecasting, pipeline, and data quality.
