In the role of Sales Operations for Hub Europe Grid Automation (GA) you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the functions essential to our sales leadership and sales teams within GA in Europe.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work closely with our sales leaders in Europe to facilitate the Hub Europe sales team’s efforts in winning new business and retaining clients by supporting business strategies and objectives.
  • Support sales leadership through effective reporting and analytical support including investigating data issues and discrepancies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to advise on best practices and guidelines when using sales tools.
  • Coordinate meetings as required, including leading / supporting weekly focus call meetings and communicating team news.
  • Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments to support sales function, ensuring key objectives and Hub Europe sales priorities are effectively communicated.
  • Monitor standard report quality by assessing and validating requirements and data and follow up on consistency and accuracy of Marketing & Sales (M&S) dashboards.
  • Have data readily available and follow up on open issues / concerns.
  • Assist with technology management where required, including evaluating and implementing sales tools and technologies, project support, testing, rollout support, bug investigation, bug reporting, etc.
  • Identify sales pain points and investigate and resolve where possible or escalate problems as needed.
  • Assist with miscellaneous S&M administrative duties as required, such as kick-off events, onboarding, etc.
