Description

The Sales Operations Intern will support the Operations team by assisting in the end-to-end sales operations process in terms of coordination and day-to-day activities related to logistics, procurement, and overall operational activities. The role will enhance workflow efficiency through accurate documentation, internal and external communication with relative supplier, and periodic reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between sales, procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by collecting quotations and technical data from suppliers.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and tracking of purchase orders using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage).
  • Follow up with external suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of material requisitions, sample orders, and purchase documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to support the Quality Control (QC) team on order readiness and status updates.
  • Work with the operations team to verify that received materials align with purchase orders and assist in appropriate handling.
  • Update internal records and reports related to procurement activities, shipment status, quality control and supplier performance.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
