Meet Your Future Neighbors As a Revenue Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Revenue Operations team. You’ll help analyze data, build reporting, and support process improvements that give our sales and account management teams the tools they need to succeed. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the world of Revenue Operations, giving you opportunities to work cross-functionally, learn from experienced analysts, and develop the skills needed to grow into a future career in operations, analytics, or strategy. The Impact You’ll Make You will play a key role in helping the team identify insights and streamline processes. By supporting data analysis, reporting, and operational projects, you’ll help ensure leadership has a clear pulse on the business. Our paid internships are typically 12 weeks, based out of New York City. What You’ll Do Support maintaining Salesforce accuracy and the sales team with data entry and cleanup Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Google Sheets and Looker Help standardize reports to track sales performance and customer activity Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Product to support projects that improve efficiency and scalability Support Sales team with data analysis and reporting to identify trends, surface insights, and support decision-making Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement What You’ll Bring to the Team Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field Strong interest in business operations, analytics, and/or sales strategy Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel); experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus Detail-oriented and curious with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A passion for Nextdoor’s mission to build stronger, more connected communities What You’ll Gain Exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing tech company Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Looker, and other data visualization platforms Mentorship from experienced Revenue Operations professionals A chance to work on meaningful projects that impact business performance Opportunities to network with cross-functional teams and develop professional skills Perks & Benefits Housing stipend so you can spend your summer with us in New York Access to benefits (including mental health benefits, commuter benefits, wellness benefits, etc) Stocked micro-kitchens and lunches at our offices Team events and socials Global volunteer opportunities Ability to join any of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) The salary for this role is $2,427, paid semi-monthly, plus a semi-monthly housing stipend of $1,000.
