Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our Sales Operations Department in Žilina, Slovakia. In this role, you will support both on-site and remote sales teams, helping to ensure smooth daily operations, process optimization, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic, global, and multicultural organization. You will work closely with colleagues based in Žilina as well as with international teams across different territories, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Support in administrative tasks in CRM and CPQ Support the Sales Team on increasing sales productivity: Process optimization, Process simplification, Implementations of automations Support the Sales Team to achieve both department and company targets Support sales enablement initiatives and execution Support the Management with data driven insights and on driving day-to-day execution Facilitate planning activities and meetings to keep the team aligned Qualifications Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus Experience in working with CRM system (Zoho is a plus) and CPQ Process driven Attention detail Curious and eager to keep learning A “Can do” attitude Nice to have: Knowledge in pricing Up to date with new technical approaches Work experience with multicultural teams Additional Information Employment in the organization with an established position on the market. Language bonus: 150 euro- for using a foreign language (other than English) at work on a daily basis. ​Contract of employment​ Hybrid mode working. Extra holiday day on your first-year work anniversary – up to 5 days for 5 years at Shiji. All necessary equipment such as laptop, additional monitor, and other accessories.
