We are now seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support our efforts in optimising how we respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This project-based role sits within the Sales Operations team in our Oslo office and reports to the VP of Marketing and Communications. This is a 50% part-time internship, initially for six months, with the opportunity to extend if there is a continued need in the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Map and analyse the current RFP response process to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
  • Develop standardised templates, documentation, and best practices for RFP responses in close collaboration with security, legal, and quality teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Make templates and assets easily accessible across the commercial function to streamline collaboration and maximise effeiency.
  • Provide recommendations for long-term process improvements based on project insights.
