Overall, Purpose of the Job The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key member of a centralized support team dedicated to enabling the success of the Account Management, Business Development, and Client Services teams. This role delivers exceptional customer service to visitors and callers at corporate headquarters, while also providing administrative assistance across departments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities Sales Operations   Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of core Sales Department processes to support business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce automation, including system updates, troubleshooting, and user support. Manage the onboarding process for all new and renewing clients, ensuring timely and thorough completion of required steps including completing Operation / Billing Procedures. Coordinate Accounts Receivable activities in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams to maintain accurate and timely billing. Support training and education programs by managing billing and invoicing functions. Process sales orders, including Exchange Kit requests and other materials submitted by the sales team.   Sales Administration   Prepare, organize, and maintain a variety of records, documents, files, and reports to support the Sales Department’s operations. Handle all client-related information encountered during the course of work with strict confidentiality, in full compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.   Reception/Administrative   Answer incoming calls via the corporate switchboard and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Greet and assist visitors at MedAire’s corporate headquarters, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Monitor and respond to inquiries received through general inboxes, including SalesOps, Kit Exchange, Training, and all OEM-related inboxes. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs. MS Office applications:  Word, PowerPoint, and Excel CRM (Salesforce) / ERP (SalesPad / Great Plains) experience preferred Required Work Experience At least 3 years experience in successful administrative positions At least 1 year in a sales operations role or competent in the use of sales automation systems At least 1 year in a sales role (inside or outside)   Required Qualifications   High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree preferred   Required Languages  English proficiency.
