We’re seeking a talented Sales Operations to join our team and support business development, sales, and related activities. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient coordination, and seamless communication between teams and partners. Responsibilities: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, travel, and day-to-day logistics Handle communications, follow-ups, and task tracking to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and business trips preparation. Qualify and follow up on leads and opportunities. Prepare materials and presentations for client and partner meetings. Ensure key documents (NDAs, representation letters, contracts) are managed and up to date. Requirements Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams. Experience working in a fast-paced business environment. Excellent written and spoken English. High proficiency in Office tools and CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage). Experience or background in the defense industry or IDF – a strong advantage. Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and team spirit.
