Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our APAC Delivery Commercial Operations team as a Sales Operations Lead for new business sales. This role partners closely with the Head of Acquisition for APAC, supporting the performance of a large, distributed team of Account Executives and Sales Managers responsible for onboarding new merchants across the region.
You’ll play a critical role in solving high-impact challenges, accelerating sales performance, and shaping the operating model across key markets such as Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. We’re looking for a commercial operator with deep sales operations expertise, sharp analytical thinking, and a passion for operational excellence.

Your impact in role:

  • Lead the design and execution of a regional go-to-market plan for new merchant acquisition, including project milestones, workflows, and ownership.
  • Create consistent reporting and visibility across the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in performance.
  • Optimise sales team structure, territory design, and engagement rules to ensure efficiency and clarity across acquisition channels.
  • Design scalable incentive schemes and onboarding experiences that improve productivity and alignment across the sales organisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Operations, HR, and Legal teams to ensure compliant and coordinated delivery of acquisition initiatives.
