YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

We are looking for a candidate who is pro-active, a good communicator and listener. The ideal candidate will be good with people and have some experience of line manager responsibilities. It would be beneficial to have some experience of Sales & BD and some familiarity with Salesforce but is not essential.

This role also provides a unique experience to become a subject matter expert in the Digital Intelligence Business Winning tool and champion Sales Excellence.

• Ensuring Sales Process is running smoothly and efficiently by liaising with relevant teams and in line with compliance
• Contribute to a culture of Sales Excellence and champion Sales Change.
• On-boarding Sales & BD community onto Business Winning Platform
• Management of Sales Compensation Activities
• Drive improvements to Sales Process and Technology
• There are also people manager responsibilities in this role
