REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a strong systems/process mindset
  • Experience owning forecasting, territory design, and compensation plan management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner closely with sales leadership
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a bias for execution
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Sales Operations Leader to build and scale the sales Ops function at Tava Health. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this person will play a critical role in shaping how our go-to-market teams operate; owning everything from tech stack integration and forecasting to training, territory design, and compensation strategy.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline processes, monitor performance, and enable our commercial teams to do their best work. You’ll also serve as a strategic partner to the CCO; leading key cross-functional initiatives, managing special projects, and turning vision into action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Benefit Flow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy and increase team efficiency
  • Define and manage Rules of Engagement, territories, and account assignment to support fair and efficient coverage
  • Lead forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis to support strategic decision-making and revenue planning
  • Build and manage compensation plans, onboarding, and training programs for all commercial team members
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CCO, leading cross-functional projects and helping execute key initiatives
