Stillingen Som Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i å sikre operasjonell kvalitet og effektivitet på tvers av Zeekr Norges salgs- og logistikkvirksomhet. Stillingen befinner seg i skjæringspunktet mellom salgsoperasjoner, forhandlerstøtte, kjøretøylogistikk og forretningsytelse. Du vil samarbeide tett med det norske kommersielle teamet, forhandlernettverket, logistikkpartnere og det europeiske hovedkontoret for å sikre sømløs ordrebehandling, kjøretøyallokering og leveringsgjennomføring i det norske markedet. Du vil bidra til å sikre at riktig bil kommer til riktig sted til riktig tid – samtidig som du kontinuerlig forbedrer prosesser, systemer og operasjonell ytelse. Dine ansvarsområder Administrere og koordinere prognoser, kjøretøyallokering og nasjonale logistikkoperasjoner. Sikre effektive ordre- og leveringsprosesser på tvers av forhandlernettverket. Være et sentralt operativt bindeledd mellom den norske organisasjonen og det europeiske hovedkontoret. Koordinere kommunikasjon rundt ordrestatus, leveringstider og leveranser. Bygge og vedlikeholde sterke relasjoner med logistikkpartnere og Zeekr-forhandlere. Støtte volumplanlegging, prognoser, ordrehåndtering, VIN-matching og omfordeling av VIN-numre. Bidra til administrasjon av den interne bilflåten. Overvåke logistikk-KPI-er, leveringstider og operasjonell ytelse i samarbeid med interne interessenter. Støtte fakturakontroll, håndtering av kreditnotaer og logistikkrelaterte forespørsler fra forhandlere. Koordinere og følge opp saker knyttet til rapportering av kjøretøyskader. Gi operativ systemstøtte og samtidig drive kontinuerlige forbedringer av logistikkarbeidsflyter og operative prosesser. Bidra til operasjonell kvalitet gjennom datadrevet rapportering, planlegging og oppfølging av resultater. For å lykkes i rollen bør du kunne vise til følgende Erfaring innen salgsoperasjoner, logistikk, forsyningskjede (supply chain), retail operations eller bildistribusjon. Erfaring fra bilbransjen er en stor fordel. Du er strukturert, analytisk og detaljorientert. Du trives i et miljø med høyt tempo og høye prestasjonskrav. The role As Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across Zeekr Norway’s sales and logistics operations. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, dealer support, vehicle logistics, and business performance. You will work closely with the Norwegian commercial team, dealer network, logistics partners, and European headquarters to ensure seamless order handling, vehicle allocation, and delivery execution across the Norwegian market. You will help drive the right car to the right place at the right time - while continuously improving processes, systems, and operational performance. This is what you will do: Manage and coordinate forecasting, vehicle allocation, and national logistics operations. • Ensure efficient order handling and delivery processes across the dealer network. • Act as a key operational link between the Norwegian organization and European headquarters. • Coordinate communication regarding order status, lead times, and deliveries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and Zeekr dealers. • Support volume planning, forecasting, order management, VIN matching, and VIN reallocations. • Support management of the internal vehicle fleet. • Monitor logistics KPIs, lead times, and operational performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Support invoice controlling, credit note handling, and logistics-related dealer requests. • Coordinate and follow up vehicle damage reporting cases. • Provide operational system support while driving continuous improvements of logistics workflows and operational processes. • Contribute to operational excellence through data-driven reporting, planning, and performance follow-up.
