Job Description: We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented operator to serve as the dedicated Sales Operations & Logistics Specialist for our client, TeraGanix. In this role, you will be the standalone operational hub, taking complete ownership of their e-commerce, shipping, and financial admin processes. Your core mission is to ensure all back-end operations run seamlessly so the TeraGanix team can focus on growth and strategy. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on being the go-to expert. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST. Key Responsibilities: Manage all Shopify operations: order processing, inventory, and returns. Oversee shipping and fulfillment via ShipStation, serving as the main contact for carriers. Handle customer service operations related to orders and tracking using Gorgias. Manage financial tasks: record payments in QuickBooks, and process A/R and A/P. Ensure sales-tax compliance using Avalara and handle affiliate payouts. Must-Have Qualifications: 1-3 years of professional, hands-on Shopify experience is required. Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or e-commerce role. A self-starter who can work autonomously and make confident decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to quickly learn new platforms like ShipStation, Gorgias, and QuickBooks. Bonus Points: Experience with ShipStation, Gorgias, QuickBooks, or Avalara.
