We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Sales Operations Manager who supports our Sales team with operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the mindset to constantly challenge and improve how we work. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and processes they need to operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



    • You have first experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis or similar role, ideally in a fast-growing startup

    • You have an analytical mindset and know how to transform data into actionable recommendations.
    • You are proficient with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), sales automation tools, and Excel/GSheet.
    • You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
    • Background in Economics, Data science or similar field
    • Interest in AI Automation with first experience as a plus
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment between teams
    • You are fluent in both German and English
