You have a relevant degree. Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
HubSpot or Salesforce is familiar ground. You understand the data model, you've felt where things tend to break, and you know how to set things up so they work now and later.
You're comfortable with AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n or Make). You know how to evaluate what's actually useful and aren't afraid to build something yourself, whether that's an agent, a workflow, or a simple automation.
You're hands-on by default. When you need information, you find it yourself. Whether that means pulling a report, digging into the data, or talking to the right person. You don't wait for someone to hand things to you.
