Your Purpose as a Sales Operations Manager: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth workflows, and compliance with dealership processes. Serve as the subject matter expert for dealership systems, CRM, DMS, inventory processes, and brand product knowledge. Monitor guest leads, communications, and follow-ups to support a high-quality sales experience. Support Sales Directors and the sales team through training insights, appointment confirmations, next-day follow-up calls, and assisting with overflow guest needs. Structure deals, prepare finance menus, process credits, and handle necessary documents, payoffs, and in-transits. Assist with used-car appraisals and manage accurate CRM logging and guest visit close-outs. Provide support on the sales floor during peak times and ensure alignment with manufacturer and dealership standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle High School Diploma or GED Strong knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and finance processes. Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems (e.g., Route One, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, etc.). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple teams simultaneously Prior dealership or sales coordination experience preferred.
