The TYW - Trust Your Water division provides a competitive service to partners who wants to buy an equipment. Benefiting of the Swiss water expertise and engineering, TYW support their partner to supply and operate their water dispenser, must it be for external spaces such as water park, or in-house bottling plant operated by hotel. About the Role The Sales Operations Manager will be focus on the TYW division. It’s a strategic leadership role for a visionary individual, an industry insider with unparalleled insight into the UAE and GCC hospitality sectors. We’re seeking an ambitious, networked, and results-driven leader to build our brand across key markets, engage with high-value accounts, and forge alliances that set new standards for sustainability and innovation. Your Mission Support Leadership: Provide the Managing Director with forecasts, budgets, sales performance, and product mix insights. Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and budgets for the Sales department, ensuring consistent alignment with company targets. Develop Pricing Policies: Establish competitive, market-aligned pricing strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director. Optimize Operations: Create and refine standard operating procedures for the Sales department to ensure efficiency and alignment. Enhance Sales Incentives: Design and implement variable remuneration programs tied to performance. Collaborate on Marketing: Support TYW marketing campaign implementation and maintain positive relationships with local authorities and business communities. What Sets You Apart Industry Authority: You bring at least 8 years of sales operations, sales and business development, in the UAE/ GCC’s FMCG or hospitality sectors. Your insights and network are a force within the region. Commercial Mastery: A Proven track record in building and maintaining effective sales operations. Negotiation Savvy: A skilled negotiator, you are adept at structuring and closing high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms that reflect BE WTR’s values. Advanced Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms, essential for data-driven analysis and reporting. Values-Driven: A natural alignment with BE WTR’s sustainability mission, driven by a commitment to promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing plastic waste. Consumer Sales Experience: Direct consumer sales exposure across multiple industries and customer segments. Industry Advantage: Experience in the water filtration industry is a significant plus.
