SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of the automotive or warranty sector
  • Experience within business operations and good commercial knowledge
  • Experience in recruiting and developing a new team
  • Demonstrable evidence of leading a sales team to success
  • Experience of delivering against sales metrics
  • Experience of positively influencing growth and improvement with individuals
  • A proven coaching ability
  • Experience of different sales and coaching methodology
  • An eye for detail and effective record keeping.
  • Excellent time and task management
  • A passion for helping others and delivering excellent levels of skill.
  • Understanding of basic business metrics and how they influence performance
  • A willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role
Responsibilities
  • Build and deliver success plans for the team and individuals
  • Manage a small team of Sales Executives and claims admin staff
  • Completing all 1-2-1’s, holiday requests and monitor sickness
  • Evaluate performance through call listening and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide ad-hoc and on the job training
  • Setting KPI’s
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any issues
  • Help to close larger deals where required
  • Completing administrative work as required
  • Ensure CRM database is updated and provide reporting to senior managers
