Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Own Sales leadership reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all performance metrics.
  • Design and manage Tableau dashboards, turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Validate data integrity across CRM, EMR, and Snowflake platforms.
  • Partner with Sales VPs and Regional Sales Directors to deliver reporting and analytics that drive results.
  • Manage incentive compensation logic, ensuring fair and transparent calculations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, helping to identify trends and opportunities for growth
