Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be a key driver of efficiency and effectiveness within Corndel’s Sales and Marketing function. You will be responsible for optimising processes, coordinating cross-team initiatives, supporting Client and Account Directors, and enabling the sales team to perform at their best. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will implement best practices, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Optimising sales processes, enhancing ways of working, and improving the overall effectiveness of the wider sales infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with Business Development Leadership to coordinate and support key initiatives across the sales and marketing team, maintaining a single view of progress, risks, and backlog.
  • Managing cross-team initiatives, including team days, events, and strategic meetings.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Client, and Account Directors to ensure their teams have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Working closely with sales enablement to ensure the sales team has up-to-date resources and is fully trained on all systems and processes.
  • Assisting with contract management, sales performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Acting as a central liaison between sales, marketing, finance, enrolment, and customer success teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Overseeing the adoption and effective use of sales, marketing, and enablement tool stacks.
  • Owning the internal sales and marketing communication and events plan.
