Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the massage therapy studio to ensure smooth and efficient service Lead and manage the front desk sales team Drive membership sales and revenue growth Set and track sales goals and performance metrics Recruit, hire, train, and coach front desk staff Create staff schedules and ensure proper studio coverage Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction Address and resolve client concerns or service issues Implement and maintain studio policies, procedures, and systems Monitor appointment schedules to maximize therapist utilization Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment Support team development and promote a positive workplace culture Qualifications A successful Studio Manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and brings strong leadership and organizational skills.
