POSITION:

Eurobase is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence and enable growth within our Insurance division. You’ll play a key role in optimising processes, managing data, supporting business development, and empowering our sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment (software/insurance sector desirable).
  • Strong business acumen with excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
  • Skilled in relationship building and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own sales data, reporting and dashboards - providing insights for leadership.
  • Develop and refine sales processes, policies, and go to market strategies.
  • Support new business development and bid management (RFPs/RFIs).
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead qualification, and prospect mapping.
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot to enhance sales pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver training, onboarding and enablement tools for the sales team.
