We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Operations Manager for Airfreight Perishables to join our team at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (Norway). Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create exceptional customer experiences!

• Manage and oversee operations for perishable airfreight shipments, with fresh salmon being the main export product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Drive sales initiatives and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct financial management and month-end closing.
• Assess and manage capacity and risks.
• Set up teams and ensure personal responsibility.
• Achieve high sales performance.
• Work with tender processes and manage large customers.
• Develop new routes and balance customer expectations.
• Be a member of the extended management team for Norway.
