Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for KSA in alignment with Group targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, main contractors, and specifiers.
  • Drive specification-led sales by engaging with M&E consultants and fire engineers at early project stages.
  • Monitor the project pipeline, prepare bid submissions, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.
  • Represent FSIME at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across KSA.

Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of passive fire protection projects — from contract award through installation, inspection, and handover.
  • Manage site operations teams, subcontractors, and on-ground resources to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate with the Dubai HQ for procurement, material logistics, technical support, and finance approvals.
  • Ensure all installations comply with KSA Civil Defense (NFPA / SASO / SFDA) standards and client specifications.
  • Oversee the MIR (Material Indent Request) and procurement workflows for KSA operations.
  • Implement and maintain HSE protocols across all active project sites.

P&L, Reporting & Governance

  • Take full ownership of the KSA business P&L — revenue, margin, cost control, and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to the Group MD.
  • Manage cash flow, invoicing milestones, and collections in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and operational dashboards.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain the KSA field and sales team.
  • Set individual KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performance team culture.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for operational and client-related issues in KSA.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Fire Protection, or equivalent); MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the fire protection / passive fire safety industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales or operations leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and business operations in KSA; existing client network in KSA is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems — fire stopping, fire-rated boards, intumescent products, and fire barriers, EIFS, Expansion Joints, and Fireproofing.
  • Familiarity with KSA Civil Defense approval processes, NFPA codes, SASO standards, and project tender requirements.
  • Commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and project financials.
  • Valid KSA driving licence or willingness to obtain one.
