Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales leadership to support a consistent and accurate forecasting and pipeline management process Analyze and identify efficiencies to drive sales performance; provide accurate on-time reporting/analysis to support Account Executives coaching from the VP and RVP Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualisations that accurately present quarterly performance and outline problem statements Optimize and segment territories, including setting quotas, evaluating sales capacities, supporting cross-functional collaboration and facilitating quarterly business reviews Support ongoing implementation and roll out of any new tools that will support our Sales organization Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve data and process efficiencies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales operations/business operations in Enterprise SaaS based companies Strong working experience in SFDC and various Business intelligence tools such as SFDC Dashboard, Tableau, etc. Strong business acumen, including experience communicating cross-functionally to achieve business goals Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for detail Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task Good verbal and written communicator Fluency in English and Japanese language are required #LI-Hybrid #LI-FN1 What are you waiting for!
