About the OpportunityWe are recruiting for an international company in the premium marine and watersports sector that is expanding its European operations.The company is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager based in Malta to combine local business development with responsibility for coordinating its European logistics operations.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines commercial ability with strong operational discipline.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales across Malta with hotels, resorts, marinas, watersports operators, yacht owners and other customers.
  • Build relationships with local dealers and rental partners.
  • Coordinate demonstrations and customer activities.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.
  • Maintain accurate stock and serial-number records.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments into Malta and outbound shipments across Europe.
  • Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers on EU imports and exports.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, customs and product documentation.
  • Coordinate returns, warranty shipments and reverse logistics.
  • Work closely with international operations and finance teams.
  • Monitor stock, shipments, open orders and delivery risks.


  • What We're Looking ForPractical experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding or import/export operations.
  • Working knowledge of EU customs and import/export documentation.
  • Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
  • Commercial mindset and willingness to participate in sales/business development.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across international teams.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Experience with dangerous goods/lithium battery transportation is a strong advantage.
  • Marine, watersports or leisure-sector exposure is advantageous but not essential.


  • Compensation: €2,500 gross/month + performance-based commission
