POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for strengthening our sales infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and providing the insights needed to drive predictable revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics and partnering with the VP of National Sales and other key leaders, this role is central to professionalizing our sales organization: implementing rigor around pipeline management, leveraging HubSpot CRM to its fullest, and supporting reporting needs for executive leadership and investors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is based in our Chicago, IL office and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
