As the Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will own the systems, processes, and insights that power MASA’s expanding supplemental insurance business. From compensation design and CRM optimization to forecasting and performance analytics, your work will directly influence how effectively we grow across inside sales, seminar-based sales, and emerging distribution channels. Internally, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to translate strategy into execution. In parallel, you will be working externally with our insurance carrier partners. Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com What You Will Do Your main responsibilities will include: Build, document, and optimize scalable sales processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks across multiple supplemental insurance distribution channels. Manage sales compensation programs, including commission structures, incentive plans, payout validation, and modeling to align performance with business goals. Oversee CRM systems and sales technology platforms, ensuring strong data integrity, system adoption, workflow configuration, and reporting capabilities. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, productivity, and cost efficiency. Support forecasting and budgeting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and operational insights to improve accuracy and decision-making. Provide operational sales support and deal desk oversight while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and carriers to ensure regulatory adherence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strongly preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries and familiarity with seminar-based or call center-driven sales models. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a structured, performance-driven sales environment. Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, reporting, and operational analytics. Experience working with CRM systems and sales technology platforms, with a focus on data accuracy and usability. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
