We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Amsterdam. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with our local Sales Management, and play a critical role in supporting our European sales teams, ensuring that they have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to drive success. This role will focus on equipping and supporting our sales professionals with the infrastructure and support necessary to exceed their targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • New Hire Support: Train new hires on quote creation, updating performance dashboards, systems training.
  • Deal Desk Support: Support sales team with deal velocity, CPQ process questions and quality assurance of order forms and opportunity records. Advise on deal structuring and discounting guidelines, general pricing, and pricing promotions.
  • Sales Process Engineering and Documentation: Support team effectiveness through changes in pricing models, forecasting best-parctices, CPQ and Salesforce process changes.
  • Data Hygiene: Promote data accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing migrations and adjustments as necessary.
  • Ad Hoc Sales Operations Projects: Assist sales Operations and Salesforce Administration with change requests, various projects, reporting and dashboard maintenance. Design and maintain data models in Salesforce (ex: structure for capturing monthly revenue data, automation for sales reps to request a Solution Consultant, etc)
  • Create and maintain key process maps
  • Cross-functional collaboration with others to make the change successful.
