ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and own the implementation of sales strategy across process, systems, reporting, and enablement. You will work closely with the Sales Director to bring the sales vision to life through structure, discipline, and execution.
This is a critical role that will support the sales team in delivering outcomes through the right tools, frameworks, workflows, and reporting. You will take the GTM direction set by the Sales Director and Head of Marketing and turn it into usable, repeatable processes that allow the team to scale.
You will also own training and enablement. That includes making sure the sales team is confident in using HubSpot, understands all Triskele Labs services and how to position them, and has everything they need to convert opportunities into clients.
This is a delivery role. We need someone who can build and do. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to balance structure with flexibility.
