Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and own the implementation of sales strategy across process, systems, reporting, and enablement. You will work closely with the Sales Director to bring the sales vision to life through structure, discipline, and execution.
This is a critical role that will support the sales team in delivering outcomes through the right tools, frameworks, workflows, and reporting. You will take the GTM direction set by the Sales Director and Head of Marketing and turn it into usable, repeatable processes that allow the team to scale.
You will also own training and enablement. That includes making sure the sales team is confident in using HubSpot, understands all Triskele Labs services and how to position them, and has everything they need to convert opportunities into clients.
This is a delivery role. We need someone who can build and do. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to balance structure with flexibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Translate sales strategy into operational frameworks that can be rolled out and executed by the sales team
  • Build processes that support lead management, opportunity lifecycle, pipeline hygiene, territory planning, and account management
  • Align implementation with business priorities and evolving GTM strategies
  • Ensure every initiative has clear workflows, definitions, templates, and documentation

HubSpot Ownership and Reporting

  • Take full ownership of the CRM environment including configuration, field structures, workflow automation, and team usage
  • Build and maintain all sales dashboards and performance reports including pipeline metrics, forecasting, activity tracking, and conversion rates
  • Define and enforce standards for CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and reporting accuracy
  • Work with leadership to surface insights and trends that support better decision making

Sales Enablement and Training

  • Deliver structured onboarding for all new sales team members across tools, processes, and Triskele Labs service offerings
  • Run regular training sessions to keep the team updated on services, pricing, messaging, and positioning
  • Ensure every member of the team understands our full service suite and knows how to qualify, pitch, and sell each one
  • Create and manage a centralised training and resource library including playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling guides, and pricing calculators

GTM Rollout and Service Launch Enablement

  • Work with the Sales Director and Head of Marketing to roll out GTM plans for new services
  • Implement all supporting processes, collateral, tracking, and reporting needed for successful GTM execution
  • Train the sales team on the new offering including positioning, value props, qualification questions, and handover to delivery
  • Track adoption and performance of new offerings to support continuous improvement

Collaboration and Support

  • Act as the central point of contact for all things related to sales systems, processes, and enablement
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaign leads are processed and followed up effectively
  • Work closely with Delivery and Customer Success to ensure seamless handovers and alignment across the client lifecycle
  • Support the Sales Director with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required
