Position Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will deliver strategic and operational support to our sales team, ensuring both efficiency and excellence in how we serve our schools, nonprofits, and merchant partners. This role is pivotal in scaling our fundraising programs—like the Ultimate Discount Card™—while maintaining our high standards of customer service and ethical integrity Ultimate Fundraising+1.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Develop and refine sales processes to ensure consistent execution city‑wide and across regions.
  • Manage CRM systems, pipelines, dashboards, and sales data to track performance and uncover insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely promotions, materials, and product (card) deliveries.
  • Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance analyses, and recommend process improvements.

Merchant & Partner Coordination

  • Support merchant outreach and onboarding—ensuring businesses are equipped with promotional materials, sales literature, and recognition in community campaigns Ultimate Fundraising+1Ultimate Fundraising+2Ultimate Fundraising+2.
  • Oversee the tracking and renewal of merchant agreements and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with schools and nonprofits to drive awareness, sales strategies, and incentive initiatives.

Sales Team Enablement

  • Provide training, coaching, and development support to sales representatives.
  • Organize internal coordination meetings, track follow-up actions, and report on progress.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to schools and organizations.

Reporting & Financial Oversight

  • Generate and present weekly/monthly sales reports showcasing performance, forecasts, and area-specific achievements.
  • Support budgeting and sales projections, aiming to drive fundraising growth and profitability.
  • Monitor ROI for campaigns, promotional bundles, and incentive programs.
