Sales Operations Manager As Sales Operations Manager, you will be working at Libra, part of Wolters Kluwer’s Legal & Regulatory Division. About The Role As Sales Operations Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize the systems and processes that drive Libra’s go-to-market success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll act as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and actionable insights across the entire revenue funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about building structure, enabling teams, and turning data into decisions. What You’ll Do Manage WK Libra CRM systems and interface with Wolters Kluwer Salesforce, creating dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility across the sales and marketing funnel. Build and maintain forecasting models for ARR, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making. Develop scalable workflows for lead management, opportunity stages, and handoffs between GTM functions. Translate sales data into actionable insights to guide strategy, resource allocation, and territory planning. Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to streamline onboarding, quota planning, compensation tracking, and playbook development. Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align campaigns, pipeline goals, and reporting frameworks, while coordinating with local Wolters Kluwer sales operations. Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Gong, Intercom) to drive efficiency and automation in close alignment with the LR Marketing & Sales CoE and according to the WK RevOps guidelines. Support leadership on initiatives such as (cross country) pricing strategy, territory expansion, and partner channel development. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy within a large complex corporate environment Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with CRM systems such as salesforce, HubSpot or Attio, and common BI tools such as Looker, Tableau. Process Expertise: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize GTM processes and reporting frameworks. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and confidence in data-driven decision-making. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills—you can simplify complexity and communicate clearly with sales and leadership teams. Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and brings structure to ambiguity. Language: Native or fluent English proficiency. Nice to have Understanding of Wolters Kluwer sales operations and/or Experience supporting high-velocity B2B sales teams in legal tech. Working together This is a hybrid and/or remote role, you colleagues at WK Libra or at Wolters Kluwer, are throughout Europe but you can a connect and collaborating with your colleagues in person in the local office.
