Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to join our dynamic Cluster Supply Chain team.
This role plays a pivotal part in improving our forecast accuracy across UK and Ireland, acting as the key link between sales, marketing, insights, and global supply chain functions. You’ll ensure demand drivers—from new product launches to delistings—are translated into actionable forecasts that keep our supply chain agile, responsive, and efficient.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Gather and analyze market demand drivers (e.g., product launches, promotions, delistings) to support accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Supply Chain teams to align on forecast inputs and operational plans.
  • Support monthly S&OP cycles by preparing meeting materials, reviewing forecast changes, and coordinating with market stakeholders.
  • Monitor supply risks and stock levels, escalating issues related to availability, slow-moving inventory, or potential write-offs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Warsaw-based DRP and Demand Planners, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Contribute to operational projects such as regulatory transitions, new product introductions, and production relocations for the UKI market.
