Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the full S&OP cycle: demand planning, supply planning, reconciliation, and executive updates
  • Analyze sales, volume, and capacity trends to guide cross-functional decision-making
  • Build KPI dashboards and improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning
  • Coach and develop a team of two: Demand Planner and S&OP Analyst
  • Partner with Sales, Ops, and Process Engineering to align strategies and drive action
