This position will partner with other parts of the business utilizing reporting, analytics, and collaboration to help drive strategic initiatives to completion. The successful candidate will build strong working relationships utilizing excellent analytical and communication skills combined with an ability to collaborate between different departments. The position will manage the Sales & Operations Planning Team.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervise team dedicated to actioning the company’s Sales & Operations Planning processes. * Act as lead of the project management arm for the Sales & Operations organizations in a variety of initiatives, projects, and tasks. * Review data and reports related to customer and brand demand, inventory availability and item-level forecasting. * Utilize customer-provided POS data and forecasts into the company’s master forecast. * Analyze and report on gaps between the top-down and bottom-up forecasts. * Oversee and facilitate presentations around sales and operational planning.  * Help coordinate and support a multitude of activities from all functions within the Sales and Operations organizations. * Consolidate and review non-recurring demand events such as promotions and closeouts.  * Analyze and report on forecasting accuracy and take direct actions to improve the company’s forecasting performance. * Provide analytics and decision-making support for the supply planning group. * Partner with Order Management to review Inventory Allocation Requests. * Work and communicate closely with the sales, marketing, product development and operational teams. * Oversee the use of the company’s forecasting and analytic software. * Manage the activities of the Sales & Operations Team. * Promote a culture of safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. * Work safely as well as identify and report any safety hazards immediately. * Maintain good housekeeping in personal area and all common areas. * Empower management to make critical decisions based on data, insights, and recommendations.  * Integration into the engineering, branding and sales meetings/processes to ensure an intricate level of product, strategy, and market knowledge. * Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, finance, or related degree. * Experience: 2-4 years’ experience and scope in demand planning or another analytical role.
