We are seeking a Sales Operations Program Manager – Planning & Communication with a passion for orchestrating our planning cycle, landing complex initiatives, and designing and editing communications. Responsibilities Lead the overall sales operations planning process, including timeline management, blocker escalations, stakeholder communications, and post mortem actions. Develop the overall strategy for BSO content and communications plan with audience and workstream lifecycle in mind, leveraging Copilot in creation and editing. Design and assist BSO leadership with executive communications. Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft, review, and refine communications for newsletters, executive updates, project summaries, and field enablement materials, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, consistent, and on brand. Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of communications. Serve as a Copilot champion to educate team members on best practices. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, driving actions, and managing risks. Lead BSO onboarding, working with workstream leads to create and present content. Gather and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement of processes and communications. Other Embody our Culture and Values Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business/sales operations. 3+ years demonstrated expertise in business communications. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Stellar organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with executive communication skills and interaction and landing large projects across different roles. Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management (Prosci) or similar certification. Experience supporting sales operations, business enablement teams, or product marketing. Familiarity with Microsoft’s sales processes, tools, and branding standards. Experience with internal communications platforms (e.g., Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet, HubSpot). Ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives. Sales Operations IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
