Job Responsibilities Leads ENT CRM Reporting & Analytics (SFDC) to develop actionable insights, influence behavior, and actively monitor results to drive deeper engagement and sales strategy. Experience with enterprise level visualizations, analytics, and reporting. Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company's growth trajectory. Collect, analyze and interpret historical and recent sales data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights regarding performance and trends. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive change and improvement. Define and Manage Reports & Dashboards that effectively communicate sales performance partnering closely with internal departments (Finance, IT, Business Insights) to provide key opportunity analysis. Deep understanding of accountability, strong project management, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales technologies, including CRM systems and analytics tools. Document and communicate reporting processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team. Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process based on CRM data analysis, implementing changes to improve overall efficiency. Work closely with IT to develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation of new CRM functionality to ensure seemless reporting disruptions. May be required to support Sales Operations help desk team on occasion, as requested by Line Manger Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
