Loon Kombucha is Canada’s only Fairtrade kombucha brewery and we are based in Balderson, Ontario. We pride ourselves on brewing smooth, flavourful kombucha using high-quality ingredients, and we’re growing our retail and direct-to-consumer presence across Canada.

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Representative to join our small, hands-on team. This role combines sales support, order management, shipping coordination, and some production assistance — ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office, logistics, and light hands-on work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license (vehicle access an asset).
• Good knowledge of kombucha
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) and outgoing personality.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, helping in production).
• Familiarity with Shopify, shipping software
• Experience entering sales data into an ERP system considered an asset
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, event work, or food/beverage industry an asset.
