On behalf of our Accounting client, Procom is searching for a Sales Operations / Sales Revenue Analyst for a 14 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

SALES OPERATIONS / SALES REVENUE ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Accounting SaaS Client is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to partner with our global sales team in optimizing processes, reporting, and data-driven decision making. This role ensures smooth sales execution by combining sales support expertise with analytical and operational skills to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

SALES OPERATIONS / SALES REVENUE ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Revenue Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced functions).
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

SALES OPERATIONS / SALES REVENUE ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Salesforce CRM experience (reports/dashboards).
  • SQL for data analysis.
  • SaaS/technology industry background.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales organization, including order processing, RFP responses, and pipeline tracking.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline analysis to improve sales performance and quota attainment.
  • Assist in pricing, quoting, and sales process documentation.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Train sales teams on tools and processes, ensuring adoption of best practices.
