Job Description The Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure they are complete, compliant, and ready to progress through the sales lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales and partners during deal formation, managing approvals, dependencies, and timelines. In addition to deal execution, the Senior Deal Desk Specialist identifies opportunities to improve deal governance, reduce friction, and enable scale through process improvement and automation. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake of complex sales opportunities to ensure completeness and readiness for review Collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts, including related agreements, previously approved pricing, and prior compliance or vetting reviews Manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contracts/Legal, Pricing, Compliance, Vetting, and Billing Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval Support Sales with follow-up items required to advance opportunities through approval workflows Track deal progress and dependencies, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and SLAs Ensure all required approvals are secured, documented, and properly recorded before opportunities progress through sales stages and execution Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in deal execution. Recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation You will report to Experian's Senior Sales Operations Manager Qualifications 7+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and/or deal governance. Stakeholder management and communication skills. High judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Experience identifying and driving process improvement projects.
