alcemy was founded to reduce the massive CO2 footprint of the cement and concrete industry. Concrete is humanity’s second most used material by volume and its production is responsible for around 8% of global CO2 emissions.
We are changing this! We leverage machine learning to provide smart production control software to the cement and concrete supply chain to improve efficiency and allow for the production of low-carbon cement and concrete at large scale. Our software is used 24/7 in cement and concrete plants to optimize production and reduce carbon emissions today. We are currently enabling our customers to save more than 100 000 tons of CO2 emissions each year and we aim to save 100 million tons per year in 2030.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to optimize and support our sales organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes, managing CRM tools and reporting, creating strategic presentations for executive leadership, and overseeing lead generation and partner network management. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Management

  • Design, implement, and manage sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

CRM Management and Reporting

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports and dashboards for sales teams and senior leadership.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on CRM data to inform decision-making.

Strategic Presentations

  • Prepare high-quality, data-driven presentations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Present insights, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and planning.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Oversee lead scoring, distribution, and follow-up to ensure a consistent and effective sales pipeline.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics and refine processes to optimize results.

Partner Network Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and distributors.
  • Develop and implement partner programs, including training, enablement, and incentives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to drive mutual success.

Forecasting and Analytics

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and models.
  • Track and analyze sales trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights into market trends and customer behavior to inform strategy.

Team Support and Enablement

  • Serve as a resource for sales teams, providing tools, training, and support to enhance performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales team productivity, such as automation and process enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and other departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.
