We are seeking a full-time Sales Operations Specialist to join our talented team in our Rochester, NY headquarters!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CPG Sales Operations Specialist ensures seamless execution of customer orders and operational processes across all retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels. This role manages the order-to-cash lifecycle, optimizes business systems, and drives cross-functional coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality teams. The CPG Sales Operations Specialist is critical in maintaining operational excellence, supporting sales growth, and delivering a best-in-class experience for our customers and retail partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or other related field,
• 3-5 experience years experience in the Sales Operations or CPG space
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Experience with ERP systems, EDI, and API integrations for sales order processing.
• Deep understanding of CPG order-to-cash processes, including order entry, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Ability to interpret operational and sales data to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer, product, and delivery-related challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with natural and organic food products preferred.
