Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist Reports to: Sales Operations Director Location: On-site Oklahoma City, OK Travel: Up to 5% anticipated in support of business initiatives About the Role: The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting Sales Operations Pricing Managers and the company’s Sales Team members in providing customer service to CFS Brands’ customers. This role includes execution and continuous improvement of all pricing, quotes, bids, forecasting & planning, rebate incentive programs, contracts, M&A integrations, and marketing expense processing in addition to ongoing and upcoming improvement projects designed to accellerate sales growth. The position will ensure the company achieves revenue, price realization and EBITDA targets tied to both department and company initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, optimize, and/or implement required systems and tools to support each workstream * Develop and implement operating procedures across workstreams to achieve desired outcomes * Optimize existing workstreams to eliminate waste, reduce errors, and improve SLA’s * Build the models and tools to support the workstreams and empower stakeholder decision-making * Ensure strategies and implementation achieve all related financial and service-level targets * Customer pricing implementation and price-record management * Quote and bid implementation * ERP system data management for price adjustments, including bulk-data import/export * Group Purchasing Organization account analysis and pricing support * Rebate and incentive program drafting and editing * New product development pricing * Maintenance of Minimum Advertised Price data, tracking, and compliance * Pricing data analysis, report-building, ERP system data extraction Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree with quantitative or analytic focus is required. * Minimum 2 years in Process Development, Project Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Data Analytics, or similar fields are required. * Experience in cross-functional roles and ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. * Strong financial modeling, cost modeling, and profitability analysis required. * Superior experience in MS Excel and ability to learn custom software applications as required. * Experience with computer systems and business management software required. * Experience with SQL databases is required. * Experience with process automation tools and associated process development preferred. * Prior experience within the Foodservice or Hygiene supplies industry is preferred. * Experience with IBM i-series / AS400 / Garnett (ERP systems) and PowerBI is a plus.
