ABOUT THE ROLE

DAC International is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Operations professional with strong Salesforce expertise to join our team. In this role, you will manage Salesforce CRM, build dashboards, and deliver actionable analytics to support go-to-market strategy, forecasting, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales operations experience with proven skills in Salesforce, data analysis, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, resolve CRM issues, and provide insights that drive growth. Key responsibilities include managing data, creating reports and forecasts, handling quoting and invoicing, and supporting continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quoting & Invoicing: Generate and process quotes and invoices daily within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce, ensuring accurate customer, sales, and financial data.
  • Report & Dashboard Creation: Build, manage, and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
  • Financial & Accounting Support: Assist with revenue tracking, sales forecasting, and commission calculations.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align objectives and streamline operations.
  • Training & Support: Assist in onboarding and training sales team members on Salesforce and sales processes.
