POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing business across both E-Commerce and Wholesale sales channels. This role is critical in driving operational excellence by coordinating product listings, processing orders, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2-year Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a similar role in E-Commerce and/or wholesale environments
· Proven ability to implement process improvements and support sales growth through operational efficiency
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain information and resolve issues
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Create, launch, and manage product listings across online platforms (e.g., Wayfair, Amazon, Shopify), ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, attributes, and taxonomy
  • Gather and manage product data such as specifications, assembly instructions, and care information as required by E-Commerce partners
  • Leverage portal tools, training resources, and analytics to optimize product visibility and increase sales performance
  • Regularly audit listings and make updates to improve product presentation and the customer experience
  • Help resolve listing issues and answer customer questions on portals

Wholesale Operations:

  • Answer incoming sales and customer service calls with professionalism and product knowledge
  • Accurately enter, update, and import wholesale purchase orders into internal systems
  • Assist customers with order status inquiries, shipment tracking, product availability, and general service questions
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Support account managers and the sales team with documentation, data entry, and operational follow-up

Cross-Channel Support:

  • Use critical thinking and communication skills to address operational challenges and improve processes
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to support seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
