The position reports to the Sales Administration and Data Support Manager. Responsibilities Support the internal Sales Department to achieve accurate and effective representation of customer details, prices, and discounts in the SAP SD system. Communicate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and correct invoicing. Monitor customer group invoicing according to needs. Liaise with subsidiary teams to complete daily processes. Develop and maintain information archives for the Internal Sales Department. Participate in projects aimed at process optimization and efficiency improvement. Prepare monthly reports for the Sales Department. Communicate with stakeholders and gather market trend information. Conduct internal sales audits to ensure compliance with established procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Business Analytics. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Good knowledge of SAP SD and SAP BW. Experience in applying Statistical Analysis and Business Research principles will be considered a plus. Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written). Initiative-taking for problem-solving. Ability to analyze and synthesize data and information from various sources. Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders of various hierarchical levels and departments to understand needs and propose solutions. Ability to understand the company's vision, translate it into strategic goals, commercial actions, and operational levels.
