Job Description Main Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Gather sales data from various sources ERP systems / SFA tools, interacting with the sales team, trade channels, and other relevant databases. Reporting and Visualization: Create / work with external vendors reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present sales data and insights to the sales team and management. Trend Identification: Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales performance, customer behaviour, and market dynamics. Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. Performance Measurement: Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales performance against goals and targets. Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales strategies, increase revenue, and enhance sales performance. Collaboration: Work with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals. Experience 2-3 Years Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization software like MS Excel, Power point, Power BI, basic understanding of ERP systems & SFA tools is mandatory. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. Strong understanding of statistics, mathematics, and other quantitative concepts will be of added advantage. Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings & follow up on actionable with stakeholders especially the sales team. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, analyse root causes, and develop solutions.
