Duties and Responsibilities:             Order & Logistics Operations * Manage end-to-end verification of all sales orders, performing meticulous pricing and product configuration checks for each line item. Serve as key contact to facilitate purchase order placement with logistics platforms. * Provide comprehensive support to logistics partners in resolving international shipping and customs clearance issues. * Collaborate with international functional departments (e.g., US, Switzerland) to monitor and expedite purchase order fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery that meets customer requirements. Data Analysis & Commercial Support * Generate and distribute key performance reports: weekly distributor sales reports, and monthly distributor inventory and IMS reports. * Deliver multi-dimensional business analysis to provide commercial leadership with timely alerts and actionable insights on critical market or operational changes. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data for distributors, customers, products, and sales organizations through timely maintenance. * Oversee the sales opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene and driving the sales team to update opportunity statuses promptly. * Maintain and organize all supporting documentation (e.g., qualifications, certificates) required for the bid and tender process. * Respond promptly and effectively to ad-hoc requests from the Sales and Marketing teams, providing reliable operational support. Administration & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Establish and maintain effective communication channels and collaborative partnerships with domestic and international cross-functional teams. * Execute finance-related supportive duties, including assisting the international finance department with payments, tax documentation, and invoices, and supporting the creation of new service vendor accounts. Minimum Education: B.S./B.A. degree or above, or in appropriate discipline or equivalent experience in industry including. Desired Training and Experience Required: * A mature professional with sound judgment, business acumen, and strong logical/analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data. * A proactive self-starter who is highly self-motivated, hands-on, and thrives on challenges, delivering results with minimal supervision. * Results-driven with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. * Proven adaptability to thrive in entrepreneurial settings, with the flexibility to navigate new situations and environments effectively. * Demonstrates exceptional commitment and dedication, with a track record of stable tenure - having contributed to a previous organization for over three consecutive years. * Has experience working at a single company for at least three years or more. * Fluent in English as a working language. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Skills in data visualization and processing tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query) are a significant advantage.
