Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Specialist who will support in the background to accomplish overall Sales Team’s goals and objectives. The role would require working closely with each IR and OR Key Account Manager to provide the necessary support in fulfilment of business growth and success, in line with Samsung’s strategy to expand in IR and OR within UAE and GCC.
Role and Responsibilities

1) Track and analyse IR and OR team’s sales achievement vs. target/forecast (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

  • Sell-in sales per account versus Management and Stretch Plan
  • Working closely with Supply Chain Management Team, checking releases
  • Actual progress vs. Financial Plan(AP1) vs. Sales target (by account)

2) Sales Data Management: Maintaining Purchase Master

  • IMEI validation
  • Track run-rate and B2C channel sales
  • Sell-thru and Sell-out data collection for MCS upload

3) Manage Sell-out Monthly Programs and Sales Deduction Budget

  • Sales Deduction Planning
  • IR and OR GCC channel promotion tracker management
  • Initiate sell-out IMEI verification for promo tracking and budget management
  • Working closely with Product Management Team and IR and OR Sales Team regarding price support and promote sell-out target and activities
  • [NERP] Deal sheet approval management (create/reconcile/adjust)

4) Claim Management

  • Support MCS verification process
  • Reconcile IMEI verification against each partner’s deal sheet
  • Pending claims monitoring
  • Working closely with each IR and OR GCC partner, claim management team and finance while abiding to SGE SD Process

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Sales Administration
  • Ability to perform, willing to learn and multitask
  • Pro-active
  • Strong team player, experienced working with different stakeholders
  • Adaptable, attentive, quick-learner
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
  • Experience in Product Management/Sales Operations/Admin/Support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret sales data/financial reports
  • Ability to coordinate within respective internal teams to derive with the best solution
  • Ability to smartly respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors.
